Internship - Social Media Command Center (Start 1 May - 31 July 2025)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor social media on copayment and repricing then alert to line manage.
• Monitor social media on market intelligence of Copayment and Health content then prepare the report share to line manager.
• Monitor of complaint customers and/or the public and alert to SMCC team for handling the case.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3rd year in university and studying in Communication Arts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Social media or digital experiences is a plus
• Creativity, Proactive, enthusiasm, independent, self-motivation
