หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Systems Engineer ( Operation & Customer Service )
•Consult ,design , implementation and maintenance (Setup, configuration, sustaining, security, DR) of the Company IT policy and backbone servers such as mail/DNS/AD/proxy/firewall server etc. ,storage systems preferred. and network systems. Able to train operators to operate all above .
•Carry out other duties as assigned and assist in the coordinating of tasks/activities where necessary
•Provide day-to-day support to user queries and customer advice
•Off-site and on-site support to trouble shoot and maintain computer/server and networking systems . Investigate the outage and find the action plan to avoid further outage

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

•Male/Female age not over 30 years old
•Min 2 yrs relevant experience (with degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
•Good knowledge in configuration and administrator Windows 2000/2003 Server,MS SQL Server,Linux .Experienced to trouble shoot Windows expert level of administration problem preferred
•Ability to manage in hardware server , TCP/IP networking, Windows Security
•Certify Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) preferred
•Certify CCNA or CCDA preferred
•Knowledge of HP Enterprise products e.g. server,storage,blade,switch etc. preferred
•Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
•Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
•Must be good in the English language both writing and speaking
•Ability to work in a high pressure environment
•Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
•Shift flexibility
•Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment
•Good problem solving and analytical skills
•Experience of providing, developing training materials and conducting technical courses
