หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Conduct surveys and collect data, using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls, literature reviews, and file reviews 2. Determine and specify details of survey projects, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of survey instruments and materials. 3. Direct and review the work of staff members, including survey support staff and interviewers who gather survey data 4. Direct updates and changes in survey implementation and methods 5. Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, using sample disposition reports and response rate calculations. 6. Produce documentation of the questionnaire development process, data collection methods, sampling designs, and decisions related to sample statistical weighting. 7. Analyze data from surveys using statistical software programs and techniques 8. Conduct research in order to gather information about survey topics 9. Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results. 10. Review, classify, and record survey data in preparation for computer analysis. 11. Evaluate surveys, methods, and performance to improve future surveys

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Able to manipulate large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications (SPSS, SAS, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite), including the use of relational databases. 2.Survey researchers must be able to apply statistical techniques to large amounts of data and interpret the analysis correctly. They also should be proficient in statistical software to analyze data 3.Survey researchers must design or choose a survey and survey method that best captures the information needed. They must also be able to look at the data and analyses and understand what can be learned from the survey.
