Project Manager for Digital Transformation

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, manage, execute assigned projects and ensure high quality of deliverables and timeline committed. • Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are well understood and delivered within timeline. • Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements can cover business needs i.e. IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Risk management, etc.
• Provide necessary supports to Project Members, resolve conflicts, provide resolutions, to ensure deliverable results • Review functional and technical documents prepared by IT team & Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed • Produce and provide weekly/monthly update reports to senior management.
• Other assignments from Line Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in project management or business analyst (Insurance or Financial Institutions background/experience is preferable)
• Good understanding of payment and/or motor insurance businesses.
• Skill in conducting field research and analyzing relevant data is a plus
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
• Good team player
