Software Engineer Team Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Working with PO, SA, BA, and UX/UI Designer.
• Contribute to development features, experiments, technical components, test and systems.
• Build software support company's product/project. Provide recommendation and technical assessment on technologies and innovative solutions which meet both technical and customer needs. Up to date on the latest trends in the application technologies. Integrate with third-party APIs. Research and proof concept of the cutting-edge technologies to apply to our product. Work closely with the team in database design and system analysis. Identify the cause of application problems and solve immediate problems.
• Examine and improve the system to enhance and ensure efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 1+ years in the management role. Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture. Understand microservices, containerize based, message flow such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS. Experience coding in various languages. (.NET, Java and more) Experience in agile software development and cross-functional team environments.
• Familiarity with Jira of other project management tools.
• Good command in English is a plus.
• Passion for software products, start-ups and cutting-edge technology.
• Sense of ownership in individual performance and its impact on the company's success.
