หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Ensure initiatives are aligned with corporate goals, and focus on efficiency and cost/revenue opportunities
• 2.Perform process mapping, AS-IS analysis and Develop TO-BE process optimization.
• 3.Provide analysis reports and monitor the health of improvement process
• 4.Provide support and expertise in implementing quality standards process, operating procedure communication and training material
• 5.Take necessary actions to control the processes to ensure have no serious problems related to internal / external customer complaint, audit issue
• 6.Support for problem solving on any issues related to the process which are responsible

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain logistics, Statistic, Economic
• Have Working experience in Process Improvement / Process development / Quality Assurance ( Banking is preferred)
• Demonstrate experience in project management and implementation of complex automated systems.
• Demonstrate experience in business process analysis and design (AS-IS and TO-BE)
• Ability to interact with management and technical people at a variety of levels
