Data & Performance Management Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage Sales Data: Oversee the collection and organization of sales performance and incentive data with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Sales Reporting: Implement streamlined processes for timely and efficient reporting of key sales metrics and incentives
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights for business growth
• Advanced Analytics: Develop sophisticated Excel models and create data-driven dashboards to support performance analysis.
• Visual Reporting: Present insights through clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations with charts and graphs for easy understanding.
• Monitor & Optimize KPIs: Track and analyze KPIs and incentive effectiveness, recommending strategies to enhance performance.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales and related stakeholders
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide leadership with proactive, data-backed recommendations to drive sales improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, sales performance management, or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, complex functions) and PowerPoint (charts, graphs, data visualization)
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting and presenting complex data
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience working with sales performance and incentive data is a plus.
