System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Previous experience with application support or application development • Review, analyze, evaluate business processes, procedures, systems, and make recommendations for improvements and changes • Perform and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and procedures with a technical emphasis • Utilize application knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems • Work with Business Team to design functional requirements and perform application changes • Provides & Conduct on UAT, training, application support and administration tasks for users. • Execute and manage change and release processes Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration • Skilled in developing and maintaining software applications • Requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management, peers, and IT staff • Experience in business analysis, operations support, software development, or other directly related experience; a combination of education and experience may meet requirements • The preferred candidate will have a working knowledge of lending or credit systems, loan origination systems, the banking industry, systems analysis procedures, and project techniques and practices Skill and Competencies: • Quickly absorb and understands • Work independently and effectively as part of a team • Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment • Strong problem analysis and Analytical thinking • Well organizational, time management and prioritization
