หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Prepare marketing strategies and action plan to achieve the bank’s target 2.Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels, contributing to in market action plans 3.Analyze customer journey and ensure all marketing and product are designed to meet customer 4.Update marketing competitor analysis as regular basis 5.Prepare acquisition program to boost sales volume and make customer loyalty 6.Analyze sale and customer data and initiate marketing plan, new campaign and promotion. 7.Analyze and evaluate result of marketing campaigns and set up marketing strategy in order to accomplish bank’s goals 8.Look for opportunities, strengths, weakness and obstacles to provide solutions 9.Plan and control budget within a plan in order to maximize efficiency in used of funds 10.Analyze performance with marketing strategies to align with business direction

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, General Management or related fields 2.Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience in strategy management or related fields from Banking or Financial Industry, Hire Purchase or FMCG Business is a plus 3.Good knowledge of Marketing and Management Concepts 4.Good analytical, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and effective presentation skills 5.Possess ability to drive jobs to success. 6.Think positively, pro-actively. 7.Computer literacy Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and power point shall be considered first. 8.Good command in English
