Senior HR Officer (English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Coordinating various fields inside and outside related to personal work
• 2. Contact and coordinate foreign policy matters
• 3. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
• 4. Plan, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, and surveys to support the organization's human resources strategy needs
• 5. Oversee the administration of HR including salary structure, compensation, benefits and disciplinary matters and development

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• * Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
• * At least 5 years of experience in HRM and HRD
• * Excellent in English both spoken and written
• * Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Payroll program etc.
• * Good interpersonal and communication skills
• * available to start working immediately
