หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote assigned products across various channels.
• • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, marketing activities and events aligning with brand direction.
• • Develop and plan a social media strategy and content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• • Track and analyze sales performance, campaign performance and ROI.
• • Analyze market trends, consumer insight and recommend data-driven marketing strategies.
• • Work closely with new product development, sales and other related internal teams to launch new products effectively.
• • Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.
• • Other tasks as assigned.
• • Taking care of DGMR & SNX brands

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics or beauty business.
• • Strong knowledge in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, and social media.
• • Strong command in English both written and spoken.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, result oriented, self-driven with can do attitude.
