Supply Chain Planner Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop demand forecasts by sales channel (Modern Trade, eCommerce, International)
• Convert demand forecasts into production and procurement plans for finished goods and packaging materials
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, aligned with OTIF and inventory turnover targets
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and CMN (sister factory) teams
• Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy, PO Aging, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and Sell-through
• Build and improve templates, dashboards, and automated alert systems (in collaboration with the automation team)
• Join weekly S&OP meetings to align supply and demand plans across departments
• Continuously improve the planning process through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or inventory control
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is preferred
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Power Automate) or data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Growth mindset and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
