• To be first contact point for users and create ticket on ticketing system • Dispatch ticket to 2nd level support team if he / she cannot solve such ticket at 1st level • Remote / onsite support to solve problem mainly on client side o MS Windows 7,8,10 o MS Office 2013, 2016, Office 365 o General utilities software o Printer setting on client • Provisioning OS and standard software on PC / Laptop • Install IT hardware (PC / Laptop / Printer) at client desk • Maintain inventory of IT asset • Maintain contract of IT hardware and software • Prepare management report (e.g. backlog ticket report)
