Linehaul Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, schedule, and manage all linehaul movements to meet service commitments.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational policies.
• Monitor and manage the performance of linehaul routes, adjusting as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that all truck/shipment are 100% proactively monitored and on track by using appropriate tracking tools.
• To setup Control Tower Dashboard, GPS for transport management system but also manual phone calling to own fleet/vendor truck controller team or driver when required.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure the availability of drivers and equipment.
• Develop and manage the linehaul budget.
• Analyze operational costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with third-party carriers and suppliers.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on linehaul operations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
