Cold Chain Section Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and plan daily operations of cold storage facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and storage systems are maintained.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods, working closely with transporters, and team to ensure timely delivery and optimal storage conditions.
• Personnel Management: Supervise and train cold storage staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and quality of stored and transport for the company.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising quality.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on linehaul operations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
