Job Description: • Oversea to increase efficiency of the aftersales operation department • Manage car recondition, quality inspection, logistics and inventory management and warranty claims • Manage to sustain, retain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction, respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution • Control of department costs, stock and budget • Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments • Recruit, coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating to full potential • Analyze data to track and monitor dashboard activities for team and individual performance management
