• Participate in requirement gathering and confirm requirement, scope and timeline with customer • Estimate timeline and effort. • Prepare plan and proposal and get approval from Customer. • Manage and tracking project (both timeline and budget). • Manage team across SDLC phase. (From Requirement through Production deployment and maintenance) • Address and resolve conflict (if any, both within internal team and with external parties) • Evaluate underly staff and provide coaching feedback. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. • Knowledge of all phases of SDLC. • Competent in the use of project management tools, techniques, and methodology and be able to apply project management skills to the projects. • Must be highly organized and detailed oriented. • Experience in banking business, Capital market business especially Trade Finance will be advantage. • Able to communicate in English language, Good Analytical skill • Experience in Unix (Solaris), Database: Oracle 11g, PL/SQL Programming, Oracle Web Cache, BIP, Datawarehouse , ETL Data Stage knowledge. • Thai Nationality Only • At least 5 years experience in Project management or Software Development Management • Business Background in Custodian or Accounting is preferable. • Extensive knowledge of project management methodology as it applies to software development. • Excellent Presentation, Communication and Coordination skills. • Have to technical backgrounds on some or many of the following: Visual Basic, Java • Fast Learner, Leadership, Negotiation, Communication, Analytical Thinking • Essential Integration Skills / Knowledge on related interfaces • Experience in Database: Oracle 10g up • Has batch processing knowledge • Good analytical skill and problem solving • Strong communication skill
