-Develop, where needed, work plans and ensure aligned to team resources -Communicate requirements across team, monitor progress and assist with escalated issues -Produce FIS status reports as needed -Lead FIS deployment activities being able to not only understand accounting but also communicate with BU and operations -Coordinate and drive Business Impact Analysis of the accouting key changes -Coordinate and drive Accounting deployment activities -Perform QA of the deployment deliverables as required by the program.

-University degree in Accountancy B.Acc or CPA -Experience in ERP system implementation, project management, team leading and consulting skills -Project management experience ideally gained retail banking and complex systems integration -Experience on change management, processes redesign -High level of integrity, drive, social skills and dedication as well as a desire to act and react on own initiative
