Required Skill -Programming Skill -Problem solving -Coordinate and Communication skill -Innovation Idea Scope of Work -Design and create non-functional test script based on requirement and use cases for applications -Perform non-functional testing, e.g. load test, stress test and ensure that results satisfy acceptance criteria -Analyze test results, identify system bottlenecks and produce Test Summary Report -Ensures compliance with testing and development methodology and policies. -Report test progress, issues (if any) and problem resolution on regular basis to the management
