คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or higher is required. - Experience in IT industry is required for Project Manager in the following conditions *** At least 7-year experience for Grade 1, *** At least 8-year experience for Grade 2, *** At least 9-year experience for Grade 3. - Experience in banking or finance business, including technology computer and business knowledge related to project/market approach as specified in the competency table is an advantage. - At least 2-year experience in managing teams, budgets and customers, especially managing projects. - Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. - Good in presentation skills and to work in dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability. - Self-motivated and can work independently. - Good command of both spoken and written English. - Extensive knowledge of project management methodology as it applies to software development, including experience in using Microsoft Project tools.
