หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. To conduct and to coordinate the site Testing & Commissioning(T&C) work between CMR and ME contractors, including the scope 2. Of Fire Life Safety (FLS) integrating ’s simulation work, (with the 3rd party engaged by Owner/HRPP) as per the requirement of the desingner’s specification, as well as standard. 3. To review all the T&C and FLS documentation, submitted by our MEP contractors, prior to start the T&C/FLS activity. (ie. site inspection, Pre-test, T&C/ FLS work’s format/ checklist & sequences) 4. The completion of the work before handling over the work to the client 5. To review and comment all the document of Operation & Maintenance Manual (O&M Manual) for all MEP systems. 6. To prepare and conduct the Hotel Operator’s Training, including the training documentations in English language.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree or higher qualification in an Electrical, Mechanical Engineering discipline (or equivalent) 2. At least minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. 3. Have eengineer license. 4. Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, lead, problem solve, influence 5. Excellent Administration, time management and people management experience 6. Ability to speak with a high level of professionalism and authority. 7. Courageous to overcome complexity 8. Excellent English communication
