หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate with application team for protecting or solving the problem at operating system level • Act as IT Specialist for support customer • Support and maintain Virtualize/Windows/Linux • Able to manage and control an assigned project in hand • Manage and update Windows patched • Manage User/Group Account by create, remove and locks user • Recovery the critical data from backup tools • Periodical monitoring system and generate report when encounter the problem • Able to find out the root cause of troubleshooting and supporting solutions and prepare troubleshooting / problem-solving solution report • Produce and update the system configuration environment document Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related fields • At least 2-5 years experience in IT Department or IT support • Experience in technical skills and knowledge in both Linux and Windows system will be added advantage • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to be the team leader and work as part of team • Positive attitude under work pressure, and high responsibility • Work in international automotive company nearby BITEC Bangna
