Engineer Team Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities: • Collect and up-to-date all relevant Maintenance Agreement (MA services-hardware /software / License). • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, distributors, including local brand partners when open case is occurred. Ensure the best cooperation for troubleshooting among engineer and sales team are delivered promptly. • Follow up status of MA service case. Make an appointment among relevant parties in terms of service delivery. • Assist in process of stock inventory management. Check in-out, examine status of borrowing / return product parts in each customer’s site or projects. • Support administrative documentation; for example, OTRS report, report incident, man hour working report, MA handbook, training registration, expense reimbursement, etc. Qualification: • Diploma or Bachelor in Business Computer, IT or Administration fields • Experience or knowledge in IT infrastructure is advantage. • Fluent in English and Microsoft Office. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Service-minded, fast learning, positive attitude, and a good team player.
