IT Infrastructure Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure projects, coordinate with stakeholders, define projects scope & schedule, allocate resources & budget to ensure project delivery is successful. Analyst infrastructure requirement, evaluate system capacity, advise for hardware/ software resource for business growth supporting. Collaborate with development team / infrastructure team. Provide properly guidance and technical term to team members to ensure alignment and effective integration of infrastructure components. Monitor the performance and availability of infrastructure components. Oversee all server/ backup, and restore to meet service level agreement (SLA) Manage HCI VxRail / NetApp data storage, hardening Security, IIS services, SQL Server, AS400 basis. Act as IT Specialist for support customer and IT operation to comply SOX, Internal Policy, GITSP, GCP, GPP Conduct system and server design, back up and recovery operation manual with WI Maintain and update relevant documentation: infrastructure design, configuration, infrastructure performance, capacity and security metrics utilization.
