Coordinate with client team for protecting or solving the problem at operating system level.
Run and monitor routine script. Check result and fix technical problem.
Periodical monitoring system and generate report when encounter the problem.
Troubleshoot and support system. Then, fix problem or provide remote access to Senior Administrator if required.
Prepare related supporting ticket to vendors or concerned parties for problem solving.
Act as IT Administration Support at customer’s site. Onsite basic administration support for system health check and monitor for Unix system (Linux, AIX).

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in IT administrator, IT Infrastructure, IT Department or IT support.
Require basic technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
Experience in Unix Systems (Linux or AIX) is preferable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in shift at client’s site in Nawanin-Ramintra area.
