หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage the secretarial task as the center for corporate i.e. Juristic person register, the shareholder register and business license. • Prepare details of meetings as assigned by the Executive. • Manage agendas and minutes of meetings. • Review all laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations. • Customer site visit. • ถ้าเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Good command in English (Writing and speaking) • Age 25-30 years old • Bachelor or Mater Degree in any field • At least 1-2 years experiences in Administration or Secretarial work. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications. Visibility of work requires attention to detail. • Mature, Positive attitude, Active, Detail-oriented person.
