หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints. • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories. • Check the flow of the store from time to time. • Check the products before the opening and closing of the store and report of head office. • Encode the delivered or ordered materials or products. • Communicate with the marketing team regarding the sales, employees and other important matters. • Protects customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. • Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety. • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or on the telephone. • Provide reports, as required for management. • Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to tourist, on request, while maximising sales opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - English Skill 1 Headcount , Chinese Skill 1 Headcount - Thai nationality Female, Age between 22 - 28 years old. - Bachelor degree and welcome new graduate. - Excellent customer service skills. - Listening and questioning skills, both face to face and on the telephone. - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
