Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
Gather requirements (communication with business users, product owners, system experts, direct system analysis)
Prepare requirements specifications (documents, schemas, use-case scenarios)
Create acceptance criteria for user-stories and tasks
Work closely with development and testing teams during development and testing phase
Act as a key point of contact between the Business and IT
Determine the required IT solutions and manage the delivery to implement them
Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
Coordinate with various IT organizations to implement business solutions

Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or related fields.
At least 2 cycle of project implementation involvement.
3 – 5 year of work experience in Business Analyst or System Analysis.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skill, pro-active, self-motivated, systematic thinking, good team working, faster learning and willing to contribute.
Good understanding of IT architecture, IT systems, programming and development skills.
Good English competency.
Passion for Open Source, agile software development, new trends and technologies.
Good knowledge in Project implementation.
Knowledge in ERP is a plus.
