Accounting and Admin Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handle overall HRM & HRD operations, such as HR planning & strategy, Recruitment, Performance appraisal, On board training program, People training, People development plan & talent review, Performance evaluation system - Administrative and General Affairs duties: Compensation & benefit, Safety & health, Labor relation, EXPAT visa & work permit, HR database & analysis. - Handle Office administrative issues; rental agreement, renovation, housekeeping, maintenance, etc , Activity & event; Annual staff party, company trip, etc - Handle daily accounting functions; which include prepare and arrange payments to vendors via Internet banking or by cheque, petty cash management and reimbursement of staff expenses and daily banking - Act as the company’s finance person with the ability to liaise effectively with the accounts department staff of suppliers, and bank officers when required - Help prepare and ensure the correctness of withholding tax and VAT returns - Maintain fixed assets register - Process accounts payable - Perform reconciliations including A/P, AR and Bank - Preparation of financial reports as required by Management
