หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main Job Description: • Handle full set of Accounting including, Entries booking, Year-end closing, GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheet reconciliation, taxation. • Responsible for the monthly and yearly report. • Assist in preparation monthly budget & cash flow. • Preparing tax reports (PND1,PND 3 PND.53, PND54, PP30, PP36, Output VAT & Input VAT Report, Corporate tax PND 51,50 ) • Preparing payment and cheques for suppliers, contact bank. • Handle petty cash and recording. • Payroll and social security report. • Coordinate with Auditor • Supervise inventory, stock movement • Assist in formulating standard cost. QUALIFICATIONS • Thai nationality • Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Accounting. • At least 2 years’ experience in the accounting field. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Express accounting software. Microsoft Office • Can communication in English or chinese • Have a basic knowledge of Employment Act, Labor Law, Social Security Fund and Personal Income Tax. • Self-motivated & well-organized. • Service minded and able to relate with staff in all levels.
