•Developing ideas and designing from the conceptual stage. Establishing business requirements and developing a program of each design to suit the market demand & design trend and be within budget •Managing and controlling the design process of the project corresponding to the construction budget and time schedule •Working on various issues during the design and construction process such as regarding material selection and contractor bidding •Overseeing all design processes to ensure in accordance with building/architectural regulations and practices. Conduct regular reviews of schematic design drawings, design development drawings and construction documents •Manage outsource architects/design team (all design activities) to do deliver quality designs from conceptual to construction stage. Assisting, coaching and motivating the designers to produce innovative designs •Participate and make recommendations in the areas of master plan, architecture, landscaping and other related designs in new development project •Preparing and Assemble all architectural and building components into a complete and comprehensive set of project documents that can be implemented •Ensuring all designs, plans and drawings comply with corporate/ engineering/ market standards •Professionally represent the company as a head of design •Planning, organizing, scheduling and managing all design activities of the project in consultation with the construction team •Controlling costs within the allocated budget through every phase of the project including design and construction, ensuring top quality workmanship •Coordinating with government departments on various aspects such as relating to design regulations & controls and the issue of construction permits

<div>•Male/Female 30-45 years old.  Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Architecture (or related fields).  Adequate knowledge in Interior and landscape.</div> <div>•At least 5 yrs experience from a design professional office in combination developer firms, including5 experience as a project architect for hospitality, resorts, residential, mix-used projects</div> <div>•Proven knowledge of architectural design, detailing, planning. Strong creative idea and design skill with good knowledge in Building code and regulation. Understanding in Building technology, green and sustainable design, business thinking, product types and construction techniques</div> <div>•Initiative and creative personality with high motivation and responsibility, positive working attitude and teamwork. Highly creative person with a strong sense of innovation. </div> <div>•Excellent design awareness. Strong ability in design development coordination with overseas consultants</div> <div>•Good knowledge of computer software. Proficient in MS office, ACAD, Photoshop</div> <div>•Strong Leadership, excellent presentation & Power point skills are advantageous</div> <div>•Good command of English, both written & spoken</div>
