•Being responsible for all accounting functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger. •Being responsible for monthly closing of accounts. •Prepare monthly account reconciliations. •Managing day-to-day accounting operations. •Managing the company's financial and accounting functions including reporting, reviewing, financial analysis, and budgeting. •Calculating and submitting income tax, withholding tax and VAT to Revenue Department. •Handing bank reconciliations, payments, receipts and vouchers. •Coordinating with Auditor, The Revenue Department and relativity. •Other projects as assigned.

<div>•Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting.</div> <div>•Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting at least 3 years in management level</div> <div>•Experience in Real Estate is preferable.</div> <div>•Good knowledge of accounting principle, Thai GAAP and tax ruling. </div> <div>•Honest and trustworthy.</div> <div>•Good command in English.</div> <div>•Computer literate in Microsoft Office.</div> <div>•Flexible, proactive and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.</div> <div>•Keen to learn new technologies and new business.</div> <div>•Good communication and interpersonal skills.</div>
