Engineering & Maintenance Manager (Property Management)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Set up and plan building engineering system policies and ensure alignment with the company’s annual budget.
• Work out revenue, cost, and profit plans by preparing the annual budget and budget management plans, and follow through to ensure all operations are aligned with the set goals.
• Push forward business objectives, policies, and operational plans in line with group company policies.
• Draw up customer and business partner service policies (for building engineering systems) to align with the core organizational strategy and support sustainable growth.
• Lay out and oversee the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering system operations, ensuring compliance with the company’s annual management plans and strategic goals.
• Map out workforce management plans according to the company’s structure, aligning with human resource development policies.
• Keep up with new knowledge and skill development for both oneself and subordinates to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Carry out performance evaluations of subordinates related to building engineering systems and other assigned responsibilities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in high-rise buildings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building systems such as: Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems, Air Conditioning & Ventilation Systems
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
• Skilled in team management and team building
• Service-minded with a strong customer service orientation
• Able to implement and adhere to company policies, and drive alignment among team members with organizational goals
