Marketing and Public Relations Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing and Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions achieve company goals.
• Prepare and revise third party intermediately (TPI) Inventory list.
• Approved and perform the delivery request, close sales and marketing request via CRM platform.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in related field 5 Years up.
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Communication Arts or related field).
• Qualified chartered marketer.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Be a responsible & hard-working, disciplined adult.
• Ability to communicate both in Thai and English efficiently.
