Key Functions & Job Duties: 1. To ensure smooth booking processes - by phone, by email and INTTRA 2. Updating information to customer Detail Work Scope: 1. Handle booking request and confirmation within set KPI. 2. Answer telephone calls 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth release of booking confirmation. 4. Correspondence with customers and POD for bookings information related. 5. Dispatch sailing schedule to customers 6. Send notification on vessel delayed, vessel amendment 7. Send notification to customers regarding cargo shutout. 8. Provide damurrage / detention and special free time details upon customer request. 9. Allocate bookings on commercial feeder and coordinate with related team.
