• Department Summary - To develop, maintain and expand MSC’s Customer base in Thailand by promoting MSC’s services as a brand, executing MSC’s Business Plan, providing strong customer services to clients and administering SEAsia’s daily booking prospects. Position Summary - To plan and management effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve budget. - Monthly key accounts sales visit. - Provide Training and Coaching to Sales Team. - Effectively co-ordinate with other departments and ensure smooth operations are achieved. Key Responsibilities - Plan and management effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve budget. - Monthly key accounts sales visit. - Provide Training and Coaching to Sales Team. - Effectively co-ordinate with other departments and ensure smooth operations are achieved. - Conduct regular internal Sales meeting. - Provide market intelligence to Trade Manager. - Set the minimum weekly target volume to each Sales. - Over see the smooth contacts with FOB agents, main base ports and small country. Key Stakeholders & Interface Internal – Line & Documentation Managers in ARO and GVA Internal – Documentation, Customer Service, Freight, Operation /Logistics External – Customers External – Shippers External – Consignees
