Linguist - Translator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job descriptions: Reporting directly to the Language Manager, the successful candidate will work within a team responsible for the translation and editing the content, press releases and other varied internal documents. Adaptability and flexibility, as well as the ability to make effective use of all available resources, are key to this role. The texts to be translated will be from English into Thai, and there is a substantial amount of editing to be done on texts already written in English or Thai. Localization testing will also account for a significant amount of the workload. Requirements:  Living in Thai and speak Thai fluently.  BA in literature, translation or equivalent  1 year prior experience in translation  Excellent in English (written/spoken) and very good skills in Thai  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork; responsibilities  Creative and able to take initiative working independently or within a team  Able to do precise, accurate work under pressure, and prioritize work load in order to meet varying deadlines  Excellent office computer skills  Having third language is an advantage

• * Performance: Quarterly, the company shall pay the over performance for employee which will be calculated based on the amount of Performance Salary in a quarter deduct 3 times of Monthly Salary. The Performance Salary is the multiple of Number of TEP word count with Unit Rate (1Baht/TEP word) and Quality Rate. The Performance Salary DO NOT contain overtime word count has been paid. * 13th Month Salary : the staff shall entirely receive 13th Month Salary each year . * Over Time Working Rate: For Holidays: 3 times more than normal rate. For Weekdays and Saturdays before or after working hours: 1.5 times more than normal rate. For Sundays: 2 times more than normal rate. *Holidays : Follow Thai Holidays ( official for each year ) . And 06 Vacation Leave each year .
