As a result, FPT Software has been granted the very prestigious certifications of CMMI level 5, ISO 27001:2005 (BS 7799-2:2002), and ISO 9001:2000.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Job responsibility required</b></p> <ul> <li>Training and Support new project, NGDMS (SAP-Retail), to all distributors over Thailand deployed to all client&rsquo;s distributors including mobile solution.</li> <li>Work following DMS support processes to keep 1st level support KPI performance target.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Indirect benefits</b></p> <ul> <li>Get training on the SAP (Retail) system and on the job training</li> <li>Learning Unilever leading company in FMCG business operation</li> <li>Knowledge on support process aligning global standard</li> <li>Knowledge on Mobile business solution</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year working experience in IT field, especially in customer support or user training is advantage.</li> <li>Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or other related fields.</li> <li>Hard working and able to work as shift and go upcountry if required.</li> <li>Good service mind, good at communication, interfacing with customers</li> <li>Willing to work hard, over-time and able to work under pressure.</li> <li>Intermediate/Fluently in English.</li> <li>MS office knowledge esp. MS excel will be advantage.</li> <li>Basic network knowledge (ADSL, MPLS) will be advantage.</li> </ul>
