หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor, review, and follow up on aircraft technical documents, procedures, and regulations to assist superiors in making decisions in solving problems, calculating spare parts, or dealing with other technical issues. This includes using the information to set up and prepare engineering documents/procedures for aircraft maintenance and operation.
• Resolve aircraft special technical problems that are not in the manual. Diagnose the problem correctly, then manage and provide a solution for correct action, always keeping the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft in mind.
• Provide technical advice or information to other divisions in the company to assist them to perform their job correctly without any technical difficulty.
• Coordinate with other divisions to centralize information on technical issues for any technical process and distribute necessary information to involved divisions.
• Monitor any aircraft technical issues and plan for required preventive actions in order to maintain continued airworthiness and increase technical reliability and to reduce operational interruption or reduce flight delay/cancellation.
• Communicate with aircraft and component manufacturer on technical issue in order to get or provide technical information and negotiate with them in any technical issue that will be beneficial to the company

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Good English communication and required minimum TOEIC Score of 550
• Self-starter, analytical and problem solver
• Good human relations and effective communication.
• Strong believer in teamwork
