Crew Planner

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct monthly crew roster to achieve the highest level of productivity and resource utilization while in compliance with CAAT regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all crew are qualified prior to create crew roster according to CAAT, ICAO, company policies and standard procedures.
• Optimize flight pairings (flight pattern) based on productivity and resource utilization as well as serving other operational requirements and immigration formality without infringing safety.
• Allot vacation time in accordance with the policy. Assigned vacation to those remaining or unplanned, and notify crew well in advance.
• Analyze input ground activities, vacation usage and training in relation to the numbers of available Crew required components on each day; based on sufficient stand by staffs to determine possibility of manpower issue.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Good skill in Communication, Planning and Computer (MS Office)
• Able to work on flexible hours if needed.
• English proficiency TOEIC 550 or above.
