Service Engineer (X-Ray Product)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• * Job Summary • Able to Install, troubleshooting general x-ray and service routine. • Installation / configuration/ implementation of software, managing computer Hardware/software issues. • Provide product training to customers * Responsibilities& Accountabilities • Instructing customers on the use of machines. • Planning maintenance schedules. • Providing customers with problem solving services related to machines, either via the phone or with onsite support. • Ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence through superior service engineer support. • Assisting the sales team, dealers and authorized service contractors with technical knowledge. • Coordinating with and monitoring authorized service contractors and dealers in relation to service and maintenance work. • Supporting modality service routine. • Other duties as assigned by Service Engineering Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, aged 25-30 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Medical Instrument ,Engineering • Good command of the English language. • Experience in digital x-ray, Mammogram, PAC • Core capabilities in installation / configuration/ implementation of software, managing computer Hardware/software issues. • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be customer focused. • Possess good explanatory skills and have problem solving abilities. • Able to travel upcountry and SEA region
