Brand Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To develop budgets, forecasting sales figures and assessing KPIs and ROI.
• - To indicate the brand direction and build the brand accordingly by developing brand strategies to achieve the company objectives and goals such as sales growth, brand love, profitability.
• - To Research and identify growth opportunities to make brand products stand out amidst several competitors in the market.
• - To work with the Marketing Team in developing the proper advertising and promotional strategies for the brand.
• - To oversee the daily operations of a business segment, department, or stand-alone retail location. To Monitor operations and consumer reactions
• - To continuously improve operation and service excellent at a point of sales.
• - To establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• - To Generate reports and giving presentations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Degree or master’s in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• - Proven working experience 2-3 years as Brand Manager (Food/Retail/Hospitality will be advantage)
• - Strong Passion for Food is a must.
• - Ability to communicate both in Thai and English efficiently
• - Good knowledge of different business functions and daily operations of a business segment.
• - Strong leadership qualities, Team management and Positive thinking
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Highly organized and strong work ethic and proactive nature.
• - Be able to work well under pressure.
