Jewellery Master Trainer (เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกสอนการทำเครื่องประดับจิวเวลลี่)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Basic Job Purpose •Analyse overall needs on jewellery crafting skills development for employees in all levels in order to develop appropriate training curriculum for craftspeople in each department. •Develop effective training curriculum and tools, organise trainings on jewellery crafting skills to staff from supervisor level onwards, follow up and provide post-training feedback in order to enhance skills and competencies that contribute to sustainable goal achievement of jewellery manufacturing. Key Accountabilities •Be a main trainer on jewellery crafting skills for staff from supervisor level onwards in order to establish appropriate jewellery crafting competency of jewellery manufacturing processes of leading to increased productivity after the training. •The process starts from analysing training needs in order to design curriculum that can address needs of craftspeople in each department leading to sustainable productivity increase after training. •Develop the curriculum contents from the training needs, review the accuracy of the contents and training tools as well as develop highly effective training curriculum, validate contents and training tools for training. •Conduct knowledge and skills training that can prove training effectiveness from productivity increased between pre-test and post-test. •After training, follow up the application of trained knowledge and skills by providing daily shop-floor advisory to the trainees to ensure that the trainees gain sustainable skills and increased productivity. •Work with Pre-Production Process team and Product Development team in identifying all required skills for new product and develop new product skill training curriculum that can sustain productivity of new product manufacturing.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Job requirements •Bachelor\\\'s or higher degree in jewellery manufacturing related filed. •Minimum 5-year experience in jewellery manufacturing or jewellery manufacturing techniques. •Experience of jewellery crafting trainer in manufacturing environment. •Thorough understanding of principle and theory of mass production of jewellery. •Knowledge transferring and practical training skills. •Analytical and problem solving skills in jewellery manufacturing. •Good command of spoken, reading and written Thai and English.
