Sales Executive /Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• All customer's transaction recorded and completed by end of each month. Ensure invoice accuracy to avoid payment delays Solving and Handling Customers issue Responsible to maintain and increase customers satisfaction Participate and Support other departments when required on customer related matters

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in any fields About 1-3 years experiences in Customer Services role and complaint handling function. About 1-3 years experiences in Sales Good problem solving and negotiation skills High patience and tolerance in handling difficult situations and customers A good team player Capable of writing reports and preparing presentations Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude Good computer knowledge, especially in MS Office Good command of English, both spoken and written MB : 089-812-8593 Khun Wanwalee
