Manager, Sales new Business

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve a sales budget and revenues.  Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team  Initiate and complete proposal and presentation for new business opportunities  Work closely with Customer, Local& Regional team/Corporate team/and other countries to liaise with a business plan to ensure achievement of sales objectives  Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions  Keep up to date on market trends and new products  Identify and investigate growth opportunities  Instruct, train, mentor and manage direct reports and other inside sales resources as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum degree holder.  At least 7 years managerial of experience in sales and business development.  At least 3 - 5 years working experience in FMCG / Supply Chain industry, new products and solution development function.  Preferable to have experience in preparing proposal in FMCG / Supply Chain industry  Creative and innovative in business / product development and providing solution to customer.  Willing to take on "hands-on" approach and work at ground level to develop business  Dynamic and have high energy to thrive in fast paced environment  Good problem solving and negotiation skills  Good interpersonal and communication skills with services minded and positive attitude  Computer literate, with emphasis on MS Office  Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese language would be advantages.  Able to travel & working outstation MB : 089-812-8593 Khun Wanwalee
