หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitoring day to day Customer transactions. • Administer demand and booking plan of Customer. • Solving and Handling Customers issues. • To achieve business targets as set down by Customer Services Manager- Thailand. • Support Sales & CRM on data management and administration.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in any fields About 1-3 years experiences in Customer Services role and complaint handling function. Good problem solving and negotiation skills High patience and tolerance in handling difficult situations and customers A good team player Capable of writing reports and preparing presentations Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude Good computer knowledge, especially in MS Office Good command of English, both spoken and written
