หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• In charge of developing / enhance product sales – through channel & report perform / none perform products with recommendation based on trend analysis.
• Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals for the assigned products.
• Prepare and develop marketing objectives, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.
• Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products, market development, product market trend.
• Analyzes and defines customers and market requirements and trends.
• Develop, implement, and update product training to sales and operation staff force on an ongoing basis.
• Supervise and follow up for sales staff to follow the plan. Help sales staff to maintain and satisfy customers.
• Set product pricing & pricing strategy.
• Inventory Planning & Monitoring to prevent shortage of products.
• Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
• Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.
• Develops and maintains the contact with customers, Sales force and channels for understanding their needs.
• Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
• Translate documents related to the product Including the preparation of a brief instruction manual for the product under responsibility.
• Work closely with CEO and Co-founder to communicate on new product and beauty innovation and technology.
• Regularly provide feedback on collection performance and market needs to regional office for future product development.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• At least 3 year of experience in the field of Product and Training.
• service-minded, able to handle pressure
• deligent, honest, enthusiastic, patient and responsible with leadership and good interpersonal skills
