Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Responsible for the smooth running and management of the salon
• Coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Ensure that the store maintains good standard in its operations.
• Appraise employees’ work and give report of their performance.
• Keep track on sales records and achieve sales target.
• Helping to create advertising campaigns for attracting new customers and retaining current customers and helping to create both in and outside store promotions for attracting customers.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5 years working experience.
• 6 days per Week. (holiday is not on Saturday and Sunday)
• Achieve budgeted volume and profit results. Good command of English
• Able to communicate at business level.
• Positive attitude and works well under pressure.
• Strong leadership to lead and drive team and sustain a good moral in the work place.
