หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy, Planning & Budget Responsibility 1.1 Influencing and implementing the annual Sales strategy within the overall annual business goals. 1.2 The annual Sales plan – a forecast document reporting monthly to achieve sell out and new business opportunities. 1.3 Display analytical skills to review and research the sales environment to define potential opportunities. 1.4 Setting and managing the Sales budget, submitting the budget for approval by management and ongoing budget management throughout the year. 1.5 Customer perspective in the annual pricing strategy, maintain all agreed margins. 1.6 Deliver an annual Sales review at the end of the season to include full market analysis. 2. Marketing Collateral & Packaging 2.1 Develop the key message for each season. 2.2 Management and design of all marketing collateral to include merchandising, brochures, posters, event materials, adverts. 2.3 Sourcing and print management of all marketing collateral. 2.4 Produce Marketing input into product development. 2.5 Manage the sourcing of all branded packaging materials, packaging improvement, NPD requirement. 3. Advertising, PR & Promotion 3.1 Develop an advertising campaign to an agreed annual budget. 3.2 Develop promotions with associate media to promote the brand in a cost effective. 3.3 Manage the PR agency for the annual and year-round coverage to include clear briefing on message and building journalist relationships. 3.4 Create local PR opportunities and activities to build the brand year-round. 3.5 Create trade PR to include press releases, building trade press relationships & opportunities. 3.6 Analyse performance and understand where there are further business opportunities. 3.7 Plan and implement menu updates quarterly. 3.8 Develop an annual calendar of promotion activity for all stores (restaurants and cafes), working closely with finance to monitor the cost of activity, redemption. 3.9 Develop activity to drive footfall into restaurants - utilising key channels - CRM, social media, digital media, in-store POS and advertising. 4. Technology and advocacy 4.1 Lead and develop a new loyalty app for the restaurants. 4.2 Develop a scalable home delivery service 4.3 Build our CRM database (VIPIE club) and engage with this audience on a monthly basis with engaging communications and offers. 4.4 Work closely with the stores to drive up reviews of our restaurants (consumers, PR, bloggers).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications -Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 35-45 years old -Min 5 years of multi-unit management experience preferably in restaurant chain or retail business -3-5 years’ marketing manager experience. -Educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or English degree. -Commercial marketing experience including range planning, forecasting, margins and P&L reviews. -Proven track record of developing and executing quality marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix. -Strong digital marketing experience including online advertising. -Strong all round marketer, highly organised, enthusiastic and a fast worker. -Good under pressure and with short deadlines. -Excellent in MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and computer literacy) -Thai Nationality with proficiency in English
