Account Receivable Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure, review and adjust accounts transactions (AR).
• Ensure and review account receivables (Line gift shop, Food panda, etc.)
• Ensure and review AR aging.
• Ensure, review and record AR credit, sales and receive voucher such as delivery service, event, marketing or LL subsidize, sponsorship etc.
• Recording RV Voucher. -Recording sales daily in report sales figures.
• Royalty calculation. -Preparing Invoice, Tax Invoice, Receipt and Billing to customers.
• Control collect AR customer credit term.
• Manage the outstanding receivables and assist in the collections of past due balances.
• Planning and forecast collection for cash sales.
• Preparing monthly Output VAT.
• Provide and preparing reconciliation such as Bank Deposit, Account Receivable, Cash, Asset, All Income, Discount, Output VAT.
• Create POS Code (Reptor : Menu item, Promotion Code)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree on Master degree in accounting.
• Bachelor degree on Master degree in accounting.
• Good in Excel, Formula and v-lookup and pivot table and chart
• Previous experience working under foreign management and reporting to overseas supervisor is an advantage
• Positive attitude, Energetic service mind and good team payer
• Experience in F&B business is an advantage
• Experience in SAP B1 is an advantage
